At Articraft Soul, we are committed to delivering your handmade treasures safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders, including estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and responsibilities.

Because our products are handmade, each piece is unique and may require extra preparation time. We take care in packaging every order so that it arrives in the same beautiful condition it left our workshop.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 weeks after payment has been confirmed.

  • Peak Season or Sales: During busy periods such as sales, festivals, or holidays, processing times may extend to 3 weeks.

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Processing for custom or special designs may take more time depending on complexity.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We ship orders through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Estimated timelines are:

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe:

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • In rare cases where a parcel is lost in transit, we will work with our courier to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please email photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to start a claim.
